Good morning, I purchased this item because I needed it for 2 phones, so I needed 6 protectors!!! The item arrived in this condition, as can be seen from the photos I attached. I requested to return the item, but I was only refunded €0.33!!! That is the cost of a single protection. Right in terms of logic, but I needed 6 as I purchased them, now I need 5!!! So I find myself having to make another purchase!!! I believe that the solution to the problem has not been properly addressed. It would have been more appropriate for me to receive a new item as a replacement for the damaged one. For this reason, I cannot be satisfied. 👋
