Before You Reach Out
You might find your answer here. These are the questions we get most often:
1. Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If it's been longer than the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll look into it. You can also check your order status anytime in your account under "Order History."
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best. Once it's in transit, we can't make changes — but you can return it once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.
3. How do returns work?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Start by contacting us for a return authorization, and we'll walk you through the process. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
4. My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry about that. Take a photo of the damage and send it to us with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to ship the damaged item back in most cases.
5. Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Check our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on delivery times for your region.
