Glitter gel filling with immediate rebound. nice weighty feel to them. glow in the dark as advertised. i like that the faces are 3-color prints (black eyes, white highlights, red cheeks). stickiness 4/5. chemical smell 1/5 (should be gone after a day or two of airing out). high quality steamers with lids that stay on. came individually packaged in cute pink bubble wrap. would buy these again!
