I bought it after reading the reviews, and cut the large size in half to fit it on my glasses frame. The glasses that used to slip off are now fixed well. Amazing!

There were two large and two small straight stick-shaped items included.
Stretch it out, screw it in, and wrap it around to install it as shown in the photo.
I don't like having anything touching my ears, so I wrapped it around the back of my ear, and it didn't shift even when I shook my head.
Even after wrapping, you can adjust the position, but it will twist, so you need to turn it around to fix it.
Even when putting on or taking off the glasses, they twist a bit.

I wear reading glasses and like to be able to push them up on top of my head when not using but most grasses are not tight enough in the legs.
So the glasses fall down again or on the floor….
At first i tried to slide the “tubes” om the glasses legs but it did not fit at all, so i dumped them on my desk disappointed.
After several weeks i picked them up again and had a closer look.
Its not tubes but a spirals…
So second attempt en now i spiralled them around the legs and it worked!
I am not sure if my glasses stay put on top of my head when working but testing at home they worked.
I will definitely buy more sets for all my glasses!!! !

Not bad,can also wrap around thick spectacle legs but with some effort of stretching and pulling,they are nice. And comfortable so far,as i have tried it only for a little while, only time will tell.
