I raised a case about this product as one of the items came completely empty, no glue tape, no mechanics inside. they didn't try reaching out to see how we should solve this, they just started a returns process for the whole 4x pack. i needed the glue urgently so i don't want to send the whole thing back. i cancelled the return and just accepted the fact that i only have the 3x tapes. also the items arrived pretty scratched up, they are quite flimsy too, but for the price, i didn't expect perfection anyway. however delivering only 3 usable items instead of the 4 i paid for is not acceptable. on a positive note, the package arrived quickly.
