The entire delivery did not match the advertised new condition. The order contained various colors and designs, and all variants showed clear signs of wear. The majority of the items were also defective and could not be properly started or used. As a result, the entire shipment was unsellable for us. Despite making contact, the resolution process has not been satisfactory so far; only a small partial refund was offered. The condition was documented through photos and videos.
