This will hold 20 pairs of shoes. not large shoes, but works well for slippers or crocs. utilizes the entire door surface. one note is that the pockets aren’t all the exact same width, so if one doesn’t work for you then try the one next to it. the pockets on the vertical edges are slightly smaller. still works great for my purposes.
