The item works great, good quality and fast shipping. my only concern is that it gets very hot and if you use it at full power, it can cut off until cooling down. besides that, i recommend. thanks.

The worst thing is that you can buy it first, it works at first and then turns off after 5 minutes, and after that it stops working.

Good product, I have used it and the results have been satisfactory. I gave it 4 stars because the power button on the product was damaged the first day I turned it on. I sent it for repair, they replaced it with one of better quality and so far it hasn't failed me again. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Item arrive with obvious shipping damage so have not been able to try it out to see if works well or not.

Item already had rust on some screws. it kicks out too much water. i think because the hose is too long at about 48 inches which causes the steams heat to decrease too much and turn back into water. i reached out to the seller with no response. shipping was fast.

I just received it and on opening it the screws in the top of the water tank had rust and what looked like maybe mold the picture attached is what came off of that . but i am willing to add another review after using it
