Overall i have no problem with ali shop but i have one issue with the system. On my recent purchase: my package box was damaged and the product handle is loose. All i want to do is to ask the seller if it is broken or is normal behaviour of the product. The only option i can do is if i want to return and refund, no contact seller option. By taking this option i will be wasting my voucher. I would like to exchange a new one or i get a refund so i can buy a new one with voucher again. Sadly i have no choice, i have to keep the current unit.

The box arrived damaged and I would have preferred it to arrive in good condition so I could store it later, but oh well, it looks like good quality material but it's very small. If it were 2 inches bigger it would have been ideal, but now the empanadas and hallacas will be smaller hahaha.

I did order the black version and got silver but that doesn't really matter. It came in a proper box and the lever piece can be removed for flatter packing. Looks good overall and arrived fast. Thank you.

Item seems to be of the quality suggested. But the bolt that holds the handle to the device was not in the box or the package. I am going to have to find a bolt that will fit before i can use the item.
I haven't contacted the seller yet to let them know - but i will. If they offer some kind of resolution, i will gladly improve my rating with full stars.

Be careful, it makes very small tortillas, but otherwise it does the job. However, the cardboard box arrived very, very damaged, and the packaging was very average.
