It is made of stainless steel and thin, but firm, I have to try it with my hot oils.

It feels like very thin low-grade stainless steel. It's a cheap product. Only the filter mesh is STS304, the rest is low-grade stainless steel, so I'm worried it might rust.

It is bigger than the ones sold in Chinese stores, in width and a bit. The set is very good, the filter is adjusted and fits the jug. Fitted lid and fits the filter, very good design. But the bad part is in the lid knob, it is hollow and made of thin plastic in two pieces, which separates. The material is very very thin, almost like the one of a soda can, compared to the jars sold in stores, I would say it is half. If you hold it tightly, it even sinks and becomes dented. Good design but low quality materials
