Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. They cannot refund me. Because they think that the order reached me, but it never did, and I asked for a refund, but they denied it due to lack of evidence. I want them to issue a refund, and I always buy from you, but in this case, the order never arrived and it says the order failed. I want you to take that into account and refund my money.

Very nice, the only detail is that it sends the wrong information to the computer and on the dashboard it says that the trailer lights are burned out and they flash as if they were, it just disconnects and that's it, my turn signals work fine.
