Smells like some kind of fuel, and the colour is much much lighter in real life (not just a "difference in monitor settings" lighter). didn't need customer service, arrived ahead of schedule so no probs with seller, it's just stinky and pale. i'll put a tissue behind it in the pic so you can see it against something white.

It's great, the perfect size for what I needed it for.

In terms of material, it's not quite what I expected. However, it's not unusable either. If the requirements and expectations aren't too high, you can definitely make something out of it! Unfortunately, it's unusable for me because the internal dimensions don't fit my needs.
