So i managed to get a faulty item (the screw didn’t hold liquid so it was leaking), which happens time to time, but what i was surprised about, was the fact that after requesting a return+refund, they only provided me a refund for 1. 83 euros while the item itself cost around 6 euros. So in the end i feel like the company sold a faulty item while still making profit off me.

The sponge is coming off its plastic holder. It seems like they aren't glued well.

I suppose it's fine, as always, although I haven't tried these specifically yet. What I can say is that I never know what type of support I'm going to receive. In this case, the last 2 times, I received the narrow support size, but in other orders the support was for a wider arm. You have to see it to understand it.
