Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.

Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. The product matches the description and my expectations about it. I am satisfied with the product and the seller's packaging and delivery services. Until I applied it to the passenger's door and it started raining, I cannot determine the effectiveness of the tape at this time.

This is not what I ordered and does not match the description!
The actual size is 10×7 mm instead of the stated 11×10 mm.
The material is very thin, porous, like a sponge (the description states that the material is dense and durable, but this is not the case), and it tears very easily by hand. There is no internal reinforcement.
I haven't installed it yet and most likely won't do it.
This is definitely not durable or of high quality.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Shipment on time as scheduled. The delivery speed is normal, but this is not the seller's fault.
