Returns

The store, transaction to shipment speed, etc, was superb. 5 out of 5.
But same could not be said about the neck fan. Centrifugal fan with curved air impellers, rotation direction is important. The rotation is backwards; basically left vs right impellers were brought to the wrong installation station during assembly.
Manufacturer should have designed both left/right side to use same impeller, and use same motor rotation direction. This would have costed less too as they wouldn’t need the additional injection mold…
The neck fan still works. Just at each power level the air flow could have being stronger had it run in the correct direction.
I’m an engineer. 99.99% of consumers would never have noticed this difference.

The box arrived crumpled, but this did not affect the product... the product is a bit weak, even though it has 5 modes...

Well i've never had a fan that had 360 fan capability... it has been at the top and the bottom! it blows up towards your face and it blows down towards your chest. it's not the pretty bright green, but it feels great. and i love the led display!

It works for now. But the color is not as shown; it's a dull blue and a bit ugly. I'm keeping it because I use it at work, and the color doesn't matter there.

Yes, air comes out but not from the round fans. No air comes out from there. Second, the device does not charge with a Type-C cable, although it does come with a cable for charging. We'll see how long the charge lasts; I don't think it will be long since the percentage decreases quickly.

The truth is that the product is very ordinary... here in Spain you can find it in many stores at a good price or at the same price as on Aliexpress... The truth is that it's not worth buying here since with customs fees the price goes up by an additional 3 euros per item...!!!! I won't buy from Aliexpress anymore, it has become too expensive...!!!
