I have already ordered 2 times.
The first one has been working for more than six months now.
The second one did not arrive on time. Doesn't work at all. The lights are on, the engine isn't humming, and there's no foam coming out. The package arrived on September 21, 2026, and I received it on the same day. Today is 26.09.2026, I cannot submit a return request, although according to the rules I have 15 days from the moment I received the package. The order appears as completed. I wrote to the support service, I'm waiting... I wrote to the seller, asking to send a new working one or refund the money, but there's no result.

They arrived in 3 packages, it took a little while but everything arrived in good condition. I had already bought one before, I recommend them; they work very well and are nice.

The service of the store should be evaluated here. The purchase receives very poor treatment. The transport company mishandles the goods. The case is crushed even with the shock-absorbing padding. EcoScooting mishandles the merchandise. EcoScooting is trash and delivers the goods to another person and to a different address, even though the label warns you not to do so. The store and the product are good. The transportation is poor.
