To United States: 1–3 business days processing, then 7–15 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is free for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

The pictur is deceiving, it looks like there is a thick rubber at the bottom, but what you get is a half a millimeter of cheap plastic

I thought the pads were made of rubber, but unfortunately they are made of plastic, which has no cushioning properties. Even the black floor is made of plastic and is therefore not non-slip.
I cannot recommend the pads and am now printing some out of TPU.

Only the black part at the bottom is actually rubber and has a cushioning effect. The gray part is relatively hard plastic and has no cushioning effect at all. I am disappointed with the quality and the cushioning effect.
