A5 Self-Filling Budget Planner Journal

I'm pretty surprised by how much i love this planner. The thicker paper (compared to 52gsm trp) doesn't bother me. It's smooth and there's minimal ghosting with my pens. The only bleed-through i got was with a square dot pen where the ink pooled. No feathering with my fountain pens. The paper held up even with watercolor.



I really enjoy writing in it with my sailor pgs inked with iroshizuku. Dry time for my pens is quick. I was using a planner with iroful paper before and, as much as i love that paper, the dry time is long and i have to use blotter paper. With this planner i can write and close it up without worrying about smearing, or oils from my hands. I also enjoy the versatility of the layouts and with it being undated i could start it now in april without feeling like i was wasting a chunk of the planner.

The Kinbor A5 diary is a marvel of stationery. The paper is of surprising quality: very smooth, durable, and holds my fountain pen ink perfectly without bleeding through or feathering (it has nothing to envy of much more expensive brands). The A5 size is ideal because it offers enough space to plan your daily schedule, make lists, and let your creativity run free without feeling heavy or bulky.

​ The binding is sturdy and allows the notebook to open completely flat, making writing very comfortable even close to the edge. Very nice book cover, but the PU seems to be burned or something, as soon as I opened it to take a look, the material on the spine broke and chipped. It makes me very sad because it really is a nice book cover. I'll have to buy a protector or something so it doesn't look so bad.
