FATAL, they arrived very damaged. I requested a partial refund as I didn't have time to return them and to receive new ones, but no one is responding to me. The seller doesn't tell me anything. The product is terrible, the carrier is terrible.
D

V
I received the item broken and they don't want to refund me the amount paid. Unfortunately, this is a lack of respect for the consumer.

Excellent product, just as described. The packaging was of poor quality; the box arrived deformed and broken.
L
This is the second unit I've bought. I love this lamp, its battery, and its perfect operation.
J
Good value for money, not very bright
C
The items arrived broken the store didn't let me a refund or sent me and new items but instead wanted me to send the broken and damage items to them so they can assess the damage
It is idiotic to send broken items and waste my time for it
Instead of full refund or sending new items they they wanted me to send them the broken items which is waste of time and waste of the shipment
