Product never delivered. Seller uses invalid tracking system.
Tracking status shows failed delivery (incorrect address). The parcel was not received.
Critical issue: the seller provided a non-standard cn tracking number that is not recognized by the official local postal service (swiss post / la poste suisse). All standard swiss tracking numbers must end in 'ch'.
Because the tracking number is locally invalid, i was completely unable to trace the item, arrange redelivery, or obtain any official documentation from the local post office.
Aliexpress and the seller refused the refund because i could not provide the very "official document" that the seller's invalid tracking method made impossible to obtain.
Warning: use caution when ordering from this seller; their shipping method provides no buyer protection if the delivery fails.
