The item is not as described, it doesn't work at all, and when I request a refund because the item is unusable, it's not possible. No commercial gesture, no return option, nothing, no solution. I already do not recommend this product because it is not as described, and the customer service is terrible, no solution offered. I prefer to order from Temu where the customer service is excellent, nothing to complain about. I also recommend you to do the same; this is not the first time that a refund or return is not possible.
