First of all, it seems like the size is one size too large.
I usually wear XL.
This product fits perfectly in size L.
I'm not sure about the sturdiness or safety yet.
There is no Tongfu-gu.
I'm not sure about summer, but I think it will be useful as long as it's not winter.

Oh, this helmet is beyond my expectations!
First of all, the AaFit has a round style, but this helmet has an elongated, Western-style head shape.
I'm 60 years old and I thought it would be a bit big, so I bought size L, and it fits perfectly.
It's comfortable.
But maybe it's because my face is big? The chin strap seems a bit short.
So I removed the special protective silicone and wore it like a regular helmet.
The material seems to be plastic and has a bit of a smell.
I don't know how sturdy it is, but it might be hot in the summer since there are no ventilation holes, but it's pretty so it's okay.
It's a helmet that offers good value for money and is easy to wear.
I asked a friend to help and added an L.
