I have to give it 4 stars because not all the lights have the same color temperature; some are blue, others are green, and some are neutral white. They illuminate well, but not as much as others I have bought.
The T10 are 6500k or more blue, the T15 are greenish, and the 31mm ones are neutral.

I only tried three bulbs because they were too big and didn't fit my 2002 cavalier and i had to cut and modify them to fit and they come on and off while driving and not very bright light and yes the signal wires stayed connected. i don't have a 2005 jetta i don't know where that came from.

For that price, i would say its a steal. Got most of the bulbs i needed apart from the big one. Didn't fit in my centre interior dome light. But i'm contented. Will test it out later on.
