Hello, the product is completely as described and of ideal quality for my use. The packaging was perfect, but the delivery time was a bit long.

Errors in voltage measurement, yellow channel about 2%, blue channel about 10%.
Waveform shifts, triggers, cursors, and other elements can be dragged on the screen, as well as using encoders.
Horizontal zooming is done by pressing the left and right areas of the screen, in addition to being able to operate the dedicated encoder.
The export of waveforms in .CSV format is missing.
A negative aspect is that the measurement texts are in small font, worse than the small FNIRSI DSO 510.
I suggest that FNIRSI introduce the option to choose a larger font size.
Battery power allows measurements to be performed at high voltage.
Attention, the BNC connectors are not protected, see photo.
The multimeter section is more accurate.
The function generator is for basic uses.

Firstly, my order arrived on time and in good condition; the box was a bit damaged but the oscilloscope was intact, and nothing was damaged during the long journey to Mexico. I have been testing my 2D15P oscilloscope for several days, learning and practicing. I bought it because of the good price at the official FNIRSI store, in addition to seeing quite a few reviews on the website, some with negative reviews and others praising the product. For my beginner needs and my limited budget at the moment, this purchase was well thought out. I can say that for the practices I have carried out in diagnosing laptop motherboards, everything has worked perfectly; it's just a matter of studying the manual and, above all, immersing yourself in the subject at hand. I liked the quality of this oscilloscope; it's fast and accurate. I haven't pushed it to its limits because it's not necessary. I am satisfied with this product, I hope it lasts throughout my learning journey.

The equipment is perfect, I just need to test it better. The only additional thing to mention is that customs inspection was carried out and the packaging was damaged, but nothing happened to the equipment.
The company team that is present at the customs inspection should ensure that the packages are handled better.
