I ordered a toy tractor, but what arrived is just some kind of junk. The box arrived completely crushed and dented, as if someone had walked on it. When I started opening the package, fragments and pieces of broken plastic immediately fell onto my hands!
The tractor itself is broken and only works half-way at best. Playing with this is impossible and even dangerous for a child. I have documented this entire nightmare, including the unpacking process and the damage, in detail with photos and videos.
When I wrote to the seller and provided videos and photos, there was no response for several days. I opened a dispute, and the seller wrote to close the dispute as quickly as possible. Then our communication shifted to one message per day, and then the seller accused me of breaking the toy and offered to sell me replacement parts.
In the end, I was left with no money and no goods.
The packaging is poor and flimsy.
Delivery is expensive and of poor quality.
I strongly do not recommend buying from this seller, as the product was initially defective and there was no good communication from the seller.
