The switch has 6 contacts, 5 of which are functional. one is stuck wide open and won't close at all; it is impossible to secure a wire to it. i have returned the item and am waiting for my refund.

Shipping is very fast. The neutral is completely dead, unfortunately, it won't work for the generator without an additional disconnector, and thus the point of automating the switching process without human intervention is lost. The advantage is that you can set the necessary overload disconnection. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

"the neutrals are not isolated per circuit. all neutral conductors are connected together, so there is no individual neutral isolation between circuits

Shipping and delivery in less than a week, a shame that the box was open, the ATS smelled like it was burnt, the box contained traces of stripped wires and when connecting it, the house circuit breaker tripped.
Under these conditions, I am giving a negative review to the seller for not inspecting the product. I can't say anything more about the product other than that it seems like a good product for the price it has; we need to see how it performs.

The neutral is connected to both networks, it only cuts off the phase.

I have bought this more than 5 times, that's why I give it 4 stars, but the last one that arrived doesn't work. I thought it might be a configuration issue, but no, the ATS is defective. It shows a short circuit without anything at the AC output. I repeat, this is the first one this has happened to me.

Ats is not reliable. have caused a shortcut between 2 input circuit s. also sometimes stucks without enabling output even after voltage reaches normal level.

Delivery to Ukraine took 2 weeks, I am not particularly satisfied with the product, as the device has a significant delay of about 1 second when switching phases, which causes connected household appliances to turn off completely. Moreover, the dial of the voltmeter and ammeter displays incorrect readings, and it is not possible to calibrate the device. The product manual does not include a calibration algorithm.
The inscriptions on the device body are done incorrectly (reversed).
I will add a review after a week of use.

The minimum transferring time is can be set to 1s only. so during the power transition the equipments switch off. other than that the operation is smooth quality feel premium.
