The pictures don't really show the condition the product arrived in (the bag looked like it had been eaten by rats!). Apart from the poles being all crooked and crushed, I had to deform the plastic itself to fit the poles in, as the iron was all crushed. Furthermore, as if that wasn't enough, the hook is also missing. In the end, I didn't see a single penny back, nor a solution other than losing my money. Nice, right? 😠 💢
