There's no strange smell at all, which is good! The thread seems a bit thick at first, but following the YouTube video, it ended up being quite large... I'm thinking of buying more because I feel like I won't have enough for the motif. The packaging includes exactly 100g, but if you only use the thread, it's about 96g.

I previously bought just one ball just in case, but I liked how it felt when I was making bags, so I ordered 5 more balls. The thickness is about 3mm, which is a bit thicker than the Fil Twist macrame yarn. It requires more force and feels tighter when the bag is being made.
