The backpack arrived with damages out of the box, without any damage to the delivery packging. However the seller blames it on transportation and is not taking responsibility to replace with a new one. Not acceptable.

A very high-quality backpack for the money! I recommend it!! The photo is without the badges with the capybara, the child didn't have time to put them on.
